England

England is a beautiful country with SO much to see and do. The time I spent here was not enough. Despite what they say, the food really isn't bad - though I primarily ate sandwiches. The only thing I really didn't understand was some sort of breakfast sausage that had no flavor. That and the cold baked beans (which were good, but odd eating them cold).

If you're a fan of medieval & ancient history, fantasy, or a combination of them, England is a MUST-visit. From Sherlock Holmes to Father Brown to James Bond, from Lord Of The Rings to Harry Potter, from the Roman Empire to King Arthur to Hentry VIII, it's all here. It's where history and fantasy truly collide.

The below video is a "mission log" of The Royal Crescent in Bath, England. I had no idea what I was looking for.

The Royal Crescent, Bath

As described in the journal entry titled
"The Wax Irish and The Real Irish"

Excerpt from Finding Myself Through Travel (all rights reserved):

I walked back towards the Baths and beyond until I found a place called The Royal Crescent, The Royal Crescent Museum, and a magnificently beautiful park called Victoria Park. The crescent was merely a large string of buildings arranged in a crescent facing a green hill which tied into Victoria Park. The Crescent Museum was closed, so I ‘d have to wait to find out what that meant, but the park seemed worthy of exploration. I naturally then decided to take a nice stroll.

Train Station, Gloucester

As described in the journal entry titled
"Of Witchcraft And Wizardry"

Excerpt from Finding Myself Through Travel (all rights reserved):

I next stopped at a pub called Westgate for a bite to eat. I ordered what I expected to be a simple, though overpriced sandwich. To my surprise, however, it was not simple. The sandwich was a double-decker with ham, melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and bacon. It was excellent and around £5. I then used the free wifi to look up when my my train would be leaving for Bath as I ate. I found out when exactly the train would be leaving, how many stops, which stop to get off at to be nearest to my hostel, and around the time I should arrive. I was sure I would get it right this time.

Nope.

I arrived at the station to find that I had somehow missed my train by EIGHT MINUTES! Apparently, I had gotten the time mixed up! I now had to wait a whole hour before the next train would arrive. I could have slapped myself. All that preparation for nothing. I couldn’t do anything about it, so I reluctantly accepted my mistake and resolved to find somewhere to sit. I found a bench nearby, sat my things down, and pulled out my guitar.
